Union Jack Cal

Project Details

Easy

This pattern is written in US Crochet Terminology and uses standard Crochet Abbreviations.

Description

The Union Jack is worked in 4 quarters, which are then joined together by working the centre Red Cross.

The pattern is worked in C2C pattern.  It is assumed you already know how to work this technique.  If you are not sure check out YouTube which has some excellent video tutorials on the technique.

Each quarter is worked in 3 sections starting from the bottom.  The charts show the order each section is worked, as well as showing where to start each section and the direction you’re working in.

There are 2 charts for the quarters.  Make each chart twice. One of the quarters is used upside down to make the opposite corner…  This will be clearer once you have made them.
